Check-in was smooth, with simple English communication and the front desk staff being very friendly. However, upon opening the door to our room, an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke hit us, instantly suffocating us.
I don't know how this could happen in a hotel that's supposedly non-smoking. I contacted the front desk, but they couldn't tell me they were fully booked. I had to ask customer service to simply spray some fragrance spray. I still had to open the windows for at least an hour to air things out, but the faint smell of cigarette smoke still lingered the next morning, so I decided against staying at this hotel for the rest of my trip. I was forced to spend a night in a non-smoking hotel with my two children in a room filled with secondhand smoke. It's so ironic!

Cleanliness can be improved. The pool is not cleaned well, the carpet in the room has a lot of hair & dust, the beach needs to be more maintained & cleaned. The rest is okay.

We had a bad stay experience, while my parent in-law room bathroom light was spoil once we check-in, eve though we have make several attempts to counter request for fixing or give an answer whether can fix or not, NONE of reply/follow up, it very inconvenience and waste our time where 4 adult need to share a bathroom with 2 kids at the same time.
Hopefully management can improve their customer service quality and give better quality service to their customers.

Amazing hotel and facilities. The pool is great for families, and the atmosphere is fantastic for a music loving teen!
Also treated our teenage daughter to a treatment at the Rock Spa.
The only down side was the flavour of the food at the buffet breakfast.
