Had a wonderful stay. The room are clean & quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good. My son love the Kids Club, the staff there were attentive, sweet & very friendly.

The kids club at this resort was a nice place for children to play at and interact with others. The staff were especially nice and very friendly. Would like to thank Renugaa who was very kind and caring with our 11 month baby.

Excellent. Our very first stay at parkroyal penang. Highly recommended. We used to stay in other 5 stars hotels but surprisingly parkroyal penang is indeed the best. The staff there are polite from the moment we checked in and till the day we checked out. Very very relaxing. Will indeed come back again for our next stay in penang.

We were upgraded from a standard twin bed for free. The hotel is right by the sea. The seawater is a bit dirty and the sand on the beach is not very fine or white, but the mountains in the distance and the bar and fireworks show are also a highlight. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and SPA. The breakfast is very rich and the waiter is very enthusiastic to help make coffee! The overall cost performance is worth it
