Had a great stay as always. Staff so friendly from front to the back of the house. Special shout-out for great hospitality given ny Saras, Xiao Hu, 3 other reception ladies i didn't catch their names and also the cabana staff that does the shisha.
Thank you so much also for the special arrangements for my friend's honeymoon that made it such memorable moment for them after such a long drive ❤️

I had an exceptional experience at Javana Lounge, and I am eager to share my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the team. Suara and Suziana from the F&B crew were absolutely wonderful—both incredibly accommodating with a warm, welcoming disposition that made my visit feel special from the moment I arrived. Their attentiveness and friendly nature really stood out and added to the overall delightful atmosphere.
I also want to highlight the excellent service from the night front office staff. When he noticed my charger wasn’t working well, he kindly offered me his personal charger without hesitation—such a thoughtful and above-and-beyond gesture that made me feel truly valued.
A relaxing time at the St. Gregory Spa was the perfect way to unwind. I had the privilege of being treated by Letchumi, whose skill and experience were immediately evident. She expertly identified problem areas in my body and provided a massage that was not only soothing but also incredibly therapeutic.
Overall, my time at Park Royal Penang was nothing short of perfect, thanks to the exceptional team that made every moment feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
