Very good location at Batu Ferringhi, nice pool, wide area to relax, directly at the beach, spacious room with sea view. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The room equipment is comfortable and the customer service is courteous and attentive. It would be better if we could have some food suitable for Chinese tastes earlier. In short, I and my friends have excellent reviews for this hotel.

Great family time !
For those with family, this is a perfect place as there's amazing pool, indoor playground and also a beach nearby.
Food may be a slight issue as options available are not much compared to staying at George Town. But overall great place to spend time at ! #travel #familytimetogether

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is better than expected. The price-performance ratio is very high. It is very suitable for traveling with children. The private beach behind the hotel has many interesting marine projects. The service of the old Shangri-La Hotel is still very admirable.
