This hotel is a great place to experience relaxation. The air is filled with the laziness unique to Southeast Asia, smiling staff can be seen everywhere, the courtyard and beach are quiet, and there are magnificent sunsets!
The seaside bar, Pinang Resterant & Bar, is just a few steps away, following the beautiful folk songs. The steak is quite satisfactory, and the seafood platter Seaside is full of surprises! The octopus is too salty, the fish is not fresh, and the mussels are dry. The chef is very sincere and offered to give free dessert as compensation. I reported this to the hotel that night, and the management staff was enthusiastic and positive, promising to investigate and reply immediately. But I didn't receive any news until I left three days later.
After repeated inquiries from the Ctrip butler, the hotel replied that the mussels were still within the shelf life after investigation. It seems that these mussels must have stayed in the freezer for a long time during their long life cycle.
Many guests are Western silver-haired people. Most of them came with expectations for Shangri-La! I hope they can all return satisfied!

Everyone was super friendly, except for the Indian lady at the front desk who made me wait for hours before checking in. I had written in when I booked that I would arrive early, but she told me that she didn't check. I upgraded my room because the pictures on Ctrip were misleading. The room I had at first had a parking lot and road view, and I definitely didn't come all the way here for this view, so the twin suite was super nice!
