Great, would prefer the cookies to be arrived earlier. Coz they said they were out of cookies when i checked in. So i had to redeemed it when check out. Breakfast were great!! View and amminities okay, but i would prefer other Double Trees places other than Penang’s

The housekeeping was tidy and the breakfast was acceptable. This time I stayed for two nights. Since the high-floor balcony room type was not available when I booked online for the first night, I booked a balcony room type for one night and a high-floor room type online. When I checked in, I informed that there was a high-floor balcony room type on site to avoid the second night. I had to move my luggage to change rooms, so I charged an upgrade on the spot. However, when I checked in, I found that I was in a side room and the floor was not too high, so the balcony had a limited view and could not enjoy a panoramic view of the coast. In addition, there are almost no shops around the hotel, so it is inconvenient to have to call a taxi for meals and other things. Also on the second night, the tenant upstairs did not know whether he was exercising or having sex. The sound of moving tables, chairs or heavy objects at the foot of the bed was heard from the floor until 3 or 4 in the morning...
