Got a free upgrade to a family suite without additional charge because the room we wanted was not available. Satisfied.. beautiful and big room. Newly refurbished toilet.

Ferdaus is a very dedicated staff. While. One of young lady isn't friendly n not given guest to have second key card.....hope tat your hotel change a Centralia's aircond to single aircond. Room is very cosy n wide. *************

Room is small but ok for the price. Located a little bit of KT outskirt..? But ok if you did plan to go to the hospital, as the hotel located beside it.
