Neil the manager/owner is rude to guest

Booked three rooms for an overnight stay during travel. Cockroaches in all three of the rooms on the walls and floor. Bedbugs in two of the three rooms (one room covers not removed so most likely bedbugs in the bed also). A homeless person resided under the stairwell outside of the rooms. Filthy, dangerous, disgusting place. The children asked to sleep in the car. We vacated the same night we arrived.

Awesome Staff and Management

Upon check in arrival the first concern was the safety, the lobby is locked and there is a small slot under what appears to be a double layered bulletproof window, where you hand your information under the slot to check in. This is set up like an inmate jail booking facility with sheriffs plack to the top left on the wall. Upon checking into the room it was very noisy, very dirty and burn holes everywhere. This was a smoking room. The walls were very thin and the next-door guests were very loud. We only slept maybe an hour and a half tops throughout the entire night, safety was the main concern. I would not recommend this property. For $61 a night you get what you pay for. don’t stay here. ***It’s not a safe place.***
