We stayed 5 nights in a dbl. Q room with city view away from the street on a room only basis. We bought bread and pastries of our taste at the Whole Foods on Corporate Boulevard; the coffee set was certainly useful. Its location was very convenient for a downtown stay instead of a stay at other hotels near the highways. Furthermore, there was a parking garage just across the street, we preferred self parking over valet service. The washbasin was somewhat peculiarly in the doorway. We can recommend two restaurants for dinner: La Contea and slightly more appetizing Mansurs.

Just a renovated hotel. Nothing special.was hoping to see the old architecture inside. But totally renovated removing origonal character.

This building used to be the Louisiana National Bank and it is wonderful how they have managed to retain that heritage and ambiance while making it a comfortable and upmarket hotel. Big things like the wall art in the dinging room and little things like the design of bedroom doors made to resemble a safe. Our double queen room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff we encountered were all efficient and pleasant. The location is excellent for exploring the CBD and riverside on foot and for wider Baton Rouge by car. Valet parking I found a little expensive so used one of the many nearby self parking lots from day two onwards.

Trey was very professional. I will request him when I return for my next visit. Hotel staff was very courteous as well. Upon arrival I did not have to wait for anything. Your valet services impressed from the start of my stay. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. Again we will return.

Very cool looking hotel all the way around! Converted bank with nice touches and throwback pieces. Design elements were well thought out. Had a corner room with a king size bed, plenty of room with lots of windows and natural light. Big shower and bathroom area. Everything very clean. Even included a nice desk area to use for work purposes as this was a business trip. Only negative about room was small-ish TV size. Hotel bar is great and lively but not too crowded. Plenty of lobby space to converse with guests. Valet the only real option and a bit expensive but on par with most downtown hotels. Location is solid with quite a few restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop nearby. Overall very pleased.

Brennan and CJ were wonderful at the valet. All of the service was great. My car was always brought up promptly and I was offered help with items I Coming in and out of my car. I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Watermark for a great stay!

This has to be one of my favorite, non resort, hotels in any state. Friendly staff, bartenders were awesome, room is spacious, clean, with great amenities. Will always go there when in town.

Absolutely amazing first time at this hotel will be back. In the heart of downtown. Great staff, clean hotel, the room was great. The Gregory restaurant brunch was awesome. If you’re in BR this is the place to stay 10/10

Very nice
Great place, great location. Very loud ar the street level. Not sure if it was garbage trucks or what. Bed was very firm. Other than that it was good.
