We have stayed at many Hilton Brand hotels and this one was surprisingly a disappointment. It was just “OK.” The front desk area and breakfast area looked good, but when we got to our room, we noticed right away that it needs a lot of TLC. The window frames were busted and the one window didn’t shut all the way. The tub and wall beside the tub were stained, bathroom door was dirty. Rust on door frame in bathroom. Just really worn down. Beds were comfy. Family of six. Half the pillows were good, half were flat. Sofa for pullout bed was old and noisy and you could feel all the springs in the mattress. the blanket for that bed was one of those weird blankets that feel like a piece of foam. it looked like part of it had been melted in the dryer. The kids didn’t even use it, they just used the sheet. Breakfast was good and the area clean, and employees were very nice and pleasant in the breakfast area.

Not the best stay.
Clean enough. No body wash in the container in the bathroom. Door to the bathroom stuck to the floor halfway open so you had to shimmy past the toilet to get in, then had a hard time closing the door. Pulled the sofa bed out and there was mold and stains growing on the underside of the bed. Ick! Breakfast was adequate. Check in clerk when I finally got to her, after waiting in line for a while was very nice.

It's a no for me, dawg.
Got a completely different room than I originally booked, and had to pay $50 more than what was supposed to be due. The room wasnt very clean either. There was a questionable substance on the curtain in the bedroom, closet doors weren't attached, just leaning against the wall, room smelt like a pack of cigarettes, tub/shower didn't drain well, the remote did everything but allow to select a channel and tissue layed out on top of the tissue box. Arrived later in the evening and traveling with a tired kid, I just rolled with it and touched minimal things in the room, No photo's were taken bc no one has time for that. I would not return.

Front desk tried to charge me $5 to park when their website stated FREE parking. 1st room we checked into had broken toilet and broken AC unit that made a terrible noise. 2nd room we checked into had broken toilet also. Stains on hall carpet, stains in room carpet, furniture scuffed up, chair had tears in fabric. AC unit very loud. Front desk not friendly Did not acknowledge Diamond status
