The only way to describe this stay outside of the worst hotel experience I've had in my 30+ years of travel is disgusting. I checked in with my family in the very early morning hours because we were trying to break up a long road trip. The smell on the entire floor once we stepped off the elevator was unbearable. The floors were FILTHY!!! The room was not clean, there was a dead roach on the floor that someone killed but didn't bother to pick up. There was dust on the phone and nightstand so it's obvious the room hadn't been clean for a while. I was exhausted and tried to ignore it all but couldn't get comfortable knowing how unclean the room was and every time I drifted off a little bit I woke up and with the awful smell I couldn't get back to sleep. After less than an hour we left and drove another 3 hrs to get an experience I would expect from a Mariott hotel.

The rooms need major attention. The floors feel dirty and need to be steam cleaned. The rooms smell like mildew and musty. The housekeeping needs to be more thorough when cleaning rooms. No kleenex, just enough toliet paper for one night stay. Someone left half drunk water bottle in fridge that housekeeping should have checked and through away. Also the ice bucket was not checked because it had water in the liner bag. That should have been taken care of and new bag left for us. This is not the typical Fairfield Inn experience we are used to.

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The room was ok except whoever was above us tromped across the floor half the night and the tv didn’t work. We were told not to cha get the channel if it turned on because it would stop working. Granted, not the most high class of Hotels but this is absurd. The older woman manning the checkin/out desk had her boyfriend visiting. It was just too much. Would not recommend.

Nice spacious room
Very nice hotel and room. Spacious room. Good value. Bed was comfortable. Bed cover seemed to not cover the bed well as both of us were trying to get more cover. Nice shower.

I found several long brown hairs in the bed under the covers. That made me feel that the bedding hadn't been changed between customers. Also the face towels smelled as if they had been used and put back on the rack. I had to ask for more towels. The staff were friendly and helpful.
