Great spacious property This is a spacious 3 bedroom property that has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms are large; the furniture is comfortable; the kitchen is stocked. We really loved the front porch and being able to sit outside and watch the birds and ducks on the property.

Just Right for Our Group Four of us met to attend the Kentucky/Ole Miss football game. The house was just right for our occasion. Kim was very easy to work with and we had a very good time during our stay. If you're in the area I'd highly recommend staying in Batesville. Close enough to Oxford to attend sporting events and plenty of options for food. We'd gladly stay here again if the Cats come back to Oxford. Thanks Kim for a great stay.

home away from home love the house was just right for the two of us. very quiet and peaceful. away from all that city noise, but very easy and fast to get to town for what you need, (about 5 minutes), but did not feel like it when you were at the house.

Work Trip We came from Florida for work, house was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It’s our first Vrbo we felt like a home away from home. We will definitely book again if work brings us back to that area.
