The staff is very very friendly and they make you feel like it's home away from home. I was very comfortable and felt welcome. The manager is super helpful and what she brings to the hotel is above and beyond customer service. She is bilingual and treats everyone the same.

Lobby stank, didn’t give the rate they say online, I left and came back then the rate was even higher. Don’t waste your time with these guys with two hotels next door. I was happy to pay more elsewhere. I’m not paying $100 when a place stinks that bad.

For us, the people running the hotel often set the tone for our experience. They were excellent. Thoughtful and sincere. For example, our experience has been that at many hotels, breakfast is a hard stop at 9am. Here they consider if everyone you may want breakfast have had had an opportunity to come get it. They’d leave it out and freshen all up well past 9am, not because they have to but because they seem to care about the experience of those staying with them. I believe that says a lot. While the amenities and bed comfort is a 3. They get a 5 because it’s so refreshing see such great attitudes and folks who are pleasant.

Good place to stay for our needs. Had a family emergency prices were reasonable needed a place to stay. If you need a place to stay super 8 is acceptable and reasonable prices clean rooms nice area access to shopping needs. Close to activities anything you need

This is the first time I’ve rented a room with no iron. The hallway was extremely dark and scary and smelled like mold. The attendant was rude when I asked for an iron that the hotel apparently does not offer.

Affordable clean and comfortable, very nice staff. I was traveling and had a medical issue in Batesville so ended up staying there 5 days. Thankful for Super 8!

The first room we were in didn't have air, we were moved to a new room and it had air, but it smelled like an alcoholic lived there for months while drinking the cheapest liquor and smoked the cheapest cigarettes. There were cigarette burn marks all in the carpet!!

For an affordable place to stay I have appreciated and enjoy my stays. People need to really see what I see and stop giving bad reviews. These lady are trying to remodel this place after a lot of damage and trying to turn the business around. The crew is awesome and willing to help in anyway.

Someone stomping on the floor above us multiple nights. Told clerk. the people started again around 430AM. Hole in shower ceiling and debris kept falling on me while showering. Staff smoke right by the front door and you have to walk through it to ge to the lobby. I will NEVER spend another penny at this location.
