If you have a larger vehicle, off street parking is available directly opposite.Within the newly renovated apartment you’ll find one queen bed, 2 single beds, 2 TVs, one in the living area, another in the bedroom, a washing machine and laundry.The bathroom has a small window for ventilation however please note exhaust fans are not permitted due to the flat roof, we’ve combated this by providing floor to ceiling tilesand we are working with or Strata to find a solution for an exhaust fan..Linen is provided during your stay including bath towels. All you’ll need to bring is your beach towels.Right opposite the apartment is Corrigan's beach, it is an excellent spot for a swim, is home to a huge walking track and is a popular spot for kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing fishing and most water sports. Personal outdoor clothes line just outside garage, plus fold out airer stored next to laundry sink. New fully automated garage door with remote on keys, plus wall switch next to stairs. Handy tap (we are going to bring hose with shower nozzle next time we come down) for rinsing off sand if returning from beach.Private north facing courtyard with 6 seater outdoor setting and extra seating. Large gas BBQ, (cute resident lizards!) and tap for rinsing sand off if returning from beach to this front entrance.Guest accessAccess to everything.Other things to noteBecause we live 2 hours drive away, we cannot absolutely guarantee the cleanliness of outdoor areas upon your arrival, but a quick wipe over (with provided wipes/cloth) and the picking up off the odd small branch/twig (a small price to pay for the pleasure of living amongst all those magnificent trees❣️) should be all that is required.There is a place for the bins to be stored inside the courtyard along the front wall - our lovely neighbours help out with putting them back for us when we are not there to do it ourselves, but as many of them are also part time residents there is no guarantee of this either.Depending on the weather, the front door can stick at little, but a gentle shove/pull will easily get you in and out.Unfortunately the air hockey side of the pool table is no longer able to be used and air hockey equipment has been removed.
