We have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are updated however, they need a deep cleaning. On our last stay we booked through ******* as I have for years booking flights and hotels for more than 1000 employees as they travel. We never have an issue. We went to check our employees in and it was no issue and all of a sudden they didn’t have any rooms. The two gentleman that work for us are Hispanic and when they saw them they were suddenly out of rooms. I reached out to *******, the hotel claims they had a glitch and that it’s Expedias fault. It’s NOT *******. It’s the hotel. Ultimately, we were able to sort it out. I honestly feel like it was a case of discrimination. Our employees are mostly Hispanic, highly educated and hard working. No reason for this type of behavior. I did not want imbarrass my employees so I chose not to approach it with them there.

We stayed in the king suite and it was very very dirty . I will never stay at this hotel again and I’m very disappointed. We complained at the front desk and they looked at us like we were delusional . We requested a clean coffee pot because the one that was in the room was so disgustingly dirty , and the replacement coffee pot that was given to us was dirtier than the the one that they were replacing. We took photos of all the nasty things that were found and all I can say is never again !!! We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves!

My sister and I stayed in one of there best room anc it was pretty bad . In the past I have held positions in hotel chain Quality inspections and so I know key areas that should be cleaned daily and these were not cleaned for some Time , ( coffee pot and we complained about that and

The room was so dusty debris behind the door, in the corners of the room. What’s up with the throw rugs - they slip under your feet?? Hotel and ****** clean but our room was bad
