Baymont by Wyndham Batavia - Darien Lake

The hotel is so new that it didn’t show up on Apple Maps! I had to use the address from my confirmation. Check in was seamless and Debbie at the front desk was incredibly personable and made sure we had everything we needed. The bathroom also came with Dove products, and the shower was amazing. The AC in the room was much needed, and kept the room cool. All in all- a great stay!

I needed a nice, safe place for my nephew to stay as he travels across the country back home to California. I called and talked to Debbie and let me tell you she was a saint. She helped me with what I needed and I am so thankful to her for being so patient, kind, welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is so nice on the inside! The front desk area, breakfast area and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. Everything here is brand new which is a huge plus as well. The staff is all very polite and helpful as well. I recommend staying here if you need a place to lay your head at night while traveling! You won’t be disappointed.

This hotel has been condemned. We booked this hotel for our trip in May, and upon arriving to the hotel we found it boarded up and signs on the door staying closed due to being condemned. We received no notice from the hotel regarding this or the travel agency we booked through. So when we arrived to find this we called the company and they didn’t believe us. So we sent them photos as proof but had to fight with them to get any sort of compensation Luckily we found another hotel near by to stay at last minute but had to put out more money for this room So do not book this hotel as it’s no longer a functional hotel. It’s closed.

Rooms gross property is a mess moldy vomit in sinks rooms not made and pictures off wall floors wet from ac or leak of some sort smells of mold and mildew don’t advise going to this motel management even charges you for room though you weren’t there

Place looked abandoned & run down. You have to check in at the Days Inn across the parking lot! It’s old & just gross! We left without staying the 2nd night & drove 17 hrs to get out of there & get home! Will NEVER stay there again!
