The room is a bit old and the hygiene is average. There is no phone in the room. There is a restaurant in the lobby downstairs, and the food is pretty good. It seems that another area of the hotel is being renovated.

Huge difference between premium room and executive suites. Seems like it's due to the old and new wing. Definitely not a 4 star hotel for this premium room.
