The staff at the counter are nice. There are massage facilities in the hotel. The location is not very convenient ,need to take grab to go out every time. But everything is fine, will like to stay again when holiday.

The hotel is good value for money, there are restaurants nearby, and the staff is friendly. It's great because it has a balcony, and the parking lot is very spacious and there are a lot of trees, so I highly recommend it.

The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok

One of the longest standing 5 star hotel in Batam. View is of greenery - facing the golf course. Gorgeous. Hotel was running full, friendly reception officer Finy, offered me a deluxe room with twin beds, balcony golf course view. My original booking was standard room king bed. Shuttle buses at certain timings to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill. Gym was well equipped. I saw the Sauna and yoga area at level 10 One thing to note- the sun is overhead in the morning. So the pool does not get sun as it is blocked by hotel building( until around 1015am) . In the afternoon there is chance of sun. The area where the cafe is gets morning sun. Cafe Luminal next to the hotel served coffe roast from starbucks .not a major starbucks coffee fan so I had watermelon juice instead. Cafe’s environment was great for remote working as there were many charge points. Overall a pleasant stay.

Perhaps me and my families are one of the most frequently visitor of Santika Hotel around the country. From Bali, Malang, Yogya, Semarang. But Santika Batam is the worst service hotel I've ever had. FO officer name Artha acted like an amateur. Not only her face who rude but also very disspointing. I've been waiting more than half an hour w/o confirmation that our room was ready to use. She was very pasif to inform guest whether the room was ready though time for check-in already set. When I tried to ask how it should be, she answered with denial. Housekeeping still double checked. It's kind an insane manner. Duty manager Mr. Garry (Jerry) was willing to catch us, try to explained the standar service. He was offering complimentary transfer to harbour, the day after. But it never happened. What an insane service, I underwent at Santika Batam. One of the worst service I got so far. Don't know if the Management realize these experience.

Location is great, but cleanliness of the apartment could be better. There is a lot of dust and it was dirty underneath the double bed, which was slightly evaluated and could have been cleaned easily. My wife has to sweep the floor when we first check in. Pillows could be more firm. Sink chocked up when frequently used , but it was a small matter as we are out of the house a lot . Host is very responsive and delivered water and toilet paper everyday when we request for it. Wifi was stable . Apartment was simple but good for a short getaway for families with kids.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel recently. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights – it offered a wide variety of selections to suit different tastes and made for a great start to the day. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is also excellent, being just next to the jetty, which made traveling and exploring the area extremely convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Look at the photo attached from the view out from the hotel! Nice place!
