Easy and hassle free check in process. Nice and tastefully decorated rooms. Comfy twin sized bed with delicious breakfast spread. Highly recommended.

A newly opened hotel that is strategically located near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and a mall. The view is stunning and the cleanliness is good. However, the food taste terrible. I don’t know why there was a strong anchovy flavor in the thousand island dressing I ordered. We waited for more than 1 hour for the dinner we ordered. The restaurant waitress was very slow and missed one menu item, which was the risoles, so we had to wait again. The breakfast menu also lacked variety and flavor. Hopefully, the food can be improved.
