The room service was very impressive (given a simple but unique and impressive gift, attached photo), even though we didn't have time for breakfast (the first day was late, the second day was early ＜ 06) but it was noted for the restaurant staff to be more clever in choosing words (quite enough 3/score 5) to answer guest requests.

It's close by to everywhere. Location wise is superb
So convenient. Quiet, room scenery is beautiful, staff are polite, friendly. helpful & patient. Rm service was fast & the food was yummy.

Excellent location within walking distance to Batam centre ferry terminal and mega mall. Very clean room with spotless bedsheets and towels. Good selection of tv channels with wide screen.

Staff is attentive and helpful. Also aporwcoate the daily staff performance during breakfast and their serving of adhoc finger food and drinks. Welcome drink at the front desk always makes a difference for first impression.
