Location is very bad for this outlet as the area still under construction and a bit far to Nagoya Hill etc. Even is considered as new hotel but the cleanliness and amenities are not so fantastic.
Spa & massages a bit pricey. The breakfast is just good to fill up your stomach.
Accidentally broke the hand soap bottle (had a cracked line and not soap inside when we first used) and asked to pay IDR250000.
Overall, good for budget travellers. Not recommend for leisure travellers. Services are considered quite poor.

The hotel service is good. The location is far from Nagoya. There is a new shopping mall here, but it is not open yet. It will be quiet at night. There is no convenience store. The hotel is very clean.

Would recommend the hotel to have better ventilation in the deluxe room. Bathtub was dirty not hygienic to use.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff service is good. The only minus is the room AC which is a bit noisy when it is turned on at first. But overall it is satisfying.
