I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed at Grand Mercure over the weekends. The staff were amazing. The hotel breakfast was great. Made it a point to wake up earlier just to have their breakfast. Will be back for the service and facilities.

The hotel has just opened for business and is basically a new start. The hygiene and service are very good. However, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, so it is not easy to go shopping or go out for a late-night snack.

Great room and good view. It's located very central in Batam.
Right now rooftop is still under construction and there was no room-service food menu. That's okay but it's not okay to block Grab drivers from going to the hotel in this case.
Pool is a bit small and not that pretty (surroundings). Gym is very good but a bit small.
If the pricing stays as competitive as it is now I will be happy to come back.
