One night at Grand Mercure Batam felt like a mini-vacation, a perfect blend of comfort, elegance and heartfelt service. I left refreshed, grateful and already planning my return😅

Very brand new hotel, entrance is a bit confusing but not a big deal.
Definitely will stay again for next trip to Batam.

We enjoyed our stay.
Everything was good except the swimming pool.
Should have a proper guidelines on Swim Attires for patrons using the pool for hygiene purpose. They are ppl wearing Tshirt and pants and just jump inside
the pool! It’s so unhygienic ! It’s a 5-Star hotel shld have proper guidelines ensuring cleanliness.
Other than that all are good…rooms, bfast, reception service are good.
