I really liked the hotel. Comfy beds and very clean and modern. This place is just amazing . It has cute little extras like chocolates . I loved the way it was decorated! The entry way is small and not very elevated but the room was perfect. Would not recommend the restaurant on site . Station Leo . That’s why I gave a 4 out of 5. Would definitely be back

OK. Group of 11, with 11 motorbikes - included two couples, all friends. Booking was confirmed as all ground floor rooms, two with double beds, all with secure parking for the bikes. None of that happened. "Secure" parking was rented out to other businesses or used as storage. We were directed to a gravel carpark at rear overlooked by a camera. Awful surface, but we provided our own security locking bikes together en-masse. A later phone call to the named booker "about your upcoming ground floor bookings" (which they clearly didn't have) when we'd been there a couple of nights resulted in them hanging up saying they'd hit the wrong number. Our double room was basic but clean with 3 single beds. Aircon didn't work and neither did the fridge, which was locked and hot to the touch. Particularly tricky with having meds that needed fridge. Disappointed not to have any kettle/drinks making facility. All this was overlooked as we weren't in rooms much, the shower worked well, room sizes were good for all our gear, cleaning was daily and beds extremely comfortable- we all slept well for 4 nights. The restaurant was closed for the first two days, but no matter - central for all the friendly bars and restaurants. Central to shops, amenities and rideouts across Belgium into Germany, Luxembourg, Spa etc. Priced for what we got. Would we go back? Erm... no.

This was the top hotel of our recent two week trip to Europe. We would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location right on the main square in Bastogne and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The hotel also has its own Michelin 5 Star restaurant as well as a bistro. The rooms were spacious by European standards and quite modern. All public spaces were clean. The included breakfast was quite extensive. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at the hotel on a visit to Belgium visiting world war 2 locations. The hotel is extremely well located right in the square in the centre of the town. I had booked this a long time ago and chosen what I thought was a standard room for the hotel, although I was aware that we were in an annex to the main building. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink (nice touch) and asked if we would like rooms in the main building as it was not full; however, an extra €40 per room, per night after an expensive week was a bit too steep. We opted to remain in the annex. My advice would be that if you get the choice don’t stay in the annex. The rooms are outdated and a bit soulless, there is no bottled water provided or coffee making facilities in the room. One of our rooms had a fridge so small it was pointless and the other didn’t have one at all. The beds were fine but it was a bit like staying in a hostel. There is no lift in the annex so you will have to drag your bags up a narrow twisting stair case to get to the room. We didn’t take breakfast but there is an excellent little cafe (Spoons) directly opposite the main hotel entrance. We did eat in the main restaurant which was very good indeed and I would highly recommend it. Good: Friendly staff Location Parking at the rear The restaurant Not so good: Room Over bath shower No bottled water No coffee making facilities

Excellent stay during my reservation as part of Pat'Carnaval. The hotel is ideally located close to the city center and easily accessible. The welcome was warm, the spacious room was well insulated and impeccably clean, much more modern than what the photos on the site suggested at the time of my reservation. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable. Place to remember!

The welcome at the Leo hotel is very good. We chose a room with the Bastogne War Museum visit activity which is definitely worth doing. The meal we enjoyed at the restaurant was, as always, delicious. The room is very well appointed, the bedding perfect. I've never had a better night anywhere else.

Back from a superb weekend in our Ardennes with a night at the Leo Station hotel in Bastogne. We took the package including dinner at the hotel restaurant. And we don’t regret it! Choice between several starters, main courses and desserts. Everything was delicious and very plentiful. Impossible to ignore homemade desserts. A special mention for Adeline who took care of our table, always attentive to our every wish. As for the room, it was a pleasant surprise: spacious, comfortable bedding, large bathroom. If I had to make one small point to review: it's a shame that the aperitif planned in our stay pack was served to us in the entrance hall of the hotel.

Perfect value for money, not to mention the originality of the concept; we love to come back every year. From online booking to payment on arrival (to save time), practical and fast, not to mention the impeccable rooms and rail-themed infrastructure, as well as the buffet which is as complete as it is varied. Of course you absolutely have to take advantage of the restaurant-brasserie which is excellent (separate payment)

Had a really good time in Bastogne at this hotel. Staff was awesome. Made some great drinks for us. Room was comfortable. Wish they had AC. Very close to a lot of bars/restaurants in Bastogne. I talked to some friends and rooms varied quite a lot. My room had an updated shower and bathroom and was pretty nice.
