We stayed during a cycling trip. Unfortunatel the apartment was not the one seen on the booking page. There was no washing machine as described, no settee or sufficent dining area ( the cooker didnt work anyway). It was adequate in that there was safe garage parking for our bikes but it was definitely not the apartment that we paid for. It was very basic and not particularly a place to relax in after a hard days cycling. Excellent museums and restaurants were plus points.

En plein centre ville de Bastogne, hôtel à recommander, chambre très lumineuse et spacieuse. La chambre et les sanitaires sont nickel, appartement bien agréable.

Déjà de 1 réservée une chambre c'est toujours a la tête du client je voulais réserver une chambre pour ma sœur est sont fils qui est très malade je ne peux malheureusement pas les loger car je viens des États-Unis est j'essaie de trouver une solution pour eux ils seront dehors pour le week-end mais je trouve sa malhonnête de ne rien faire pour eux ils sont pourtant honnête ils sont toujours bon cœur mais ils veulent seulement ce loger est profiter un peu le fils. La dame est très malades mais les gens s'en foutent bien pas mal si tu est malades ils pense car leurs petites personnes est rien d'autres le fils de ma sœur il veut seulement profiter un peu de la vie il ne demande rien d'autre qu'à vivres samedi Matin ils seront dehors je trouve sa dommage est dégueulasse de ne pas les accepter j'espère que quelqu'un verras mon commentaire est feras un geste pour c'est personnes en espérant que le propriétaire aussi verras ce commentaire

I had expected a bathtub, but this was not in my type of room, only the upgrades that were sold out. I need to take care of my legs due to artrose but one day is not a really big deal. The directions for entrance were clear and worked well, although it remains a clinical, distant approach in my opinion. The room is spacious and clean but it feels a bit like a wooden box. Good bed though. In the morning the noise from the street woke me quite early. To a bad experience, but not good either. Therefor my average score.
