Ho inviato un paio di mail per prenotare un tavolo per 3 persone circa un mese prima la data prevista, inizialmente ho chiesto la domenica sera, la risposta è stata immediata “ siamo chiusi la domenica “ chiedo quindi ( usando lo stesso indirizzo mail ) la disponibilità per il venerdì nessuna risposta penso forse nn hanno avuto tempo invio nuovamente la mail nessuna risposta …abbiamo mangiato altrove …

Jeg booket et rom tydeligvis i bryllups sesongen. Spilte høy musikk frem til kl 2345 umulig sove før det. Rommet var pent nok. Men aircon funka dårlig. Ble varmt, en mann som jobbet der var kjempe service innstilt. Og siden det var så mye støy sa han at jeg kunne be om få holde rommet 1 time lenger. Neste dag da jeg spurte den damen som satt der så fikk jeg blankt nei. Rommene er veldig lytt, så du kan høre vibrasjoner fra mobil til de som sitter i skranken til rommet. Har sikkert vært uheldig, men de brude slått av på prisen siden det var så mye støy.. ellers bygget fint

Don't count on the restaurant for dinner
This is a beautiful hotel in wonderful grounds. However, I feel that they should keep tables available for dinner for guests who have rooms booked. We had 3 rooms booked and had booked here specifically because there was a restaurant, we were arriving quite late and the food had been so good last time we were in the area. We called on the way from the airport to reserve a table only to be told that they had a function on and we would have to find somewhere else to eat. We did not know the area and arrived in the centre of town around 9.15pm. We couldn't find anywhere to park, so didn't eat until after 10.15 (and this was only because the guys running the restaurant kept their kitchen open for us). We eventually got to the hotel around midnight. Absolutely shattered. Not an ideal start to a business week in Italy. Other than that everything was fine.

Nice two night stay great restaurant.
Great for two night stay near Bassano del Grappa. Only downside if that is important, was the town is a 20min walk so a little far after many grappa tastings. Restaurant is excellent but on the pricy side to eat there every night but is recommended once in the stay. Bed mattress one of us found a bit hard the other was okay with it so it depends what you prefer. Choice of pillows was great though. Excellent choice at breakfast especially considering not many guests during our stay but the breakfast buffet was fully loaded with wide choice.

We can recommend this hotel for a short stay in or around Bassano del Grappa. Excellent hotel with nice and comfy rooms, free parking and lovely garden. Even in October the rooms could be heated. The restaurant is extremely good. We had “tartar de boeuf” and a beautiful fish with vegetables. Also the desert tiramisu was very special and delicious. Maybe a good idea to air the room a bit more often.

Soni stato in hitel X 1 notte a settembre in camera singola. La camera non è male, bagno ampio e ottimi box doccia, unica pecca: il letti singolo davvero piccolo x me. Colazione buona e struttura molto accogliente. Non ho provato la cena. Consigliato
