I found it a little run down, overall. The photo on the brochure must be a decade old! Inside the rooms and around the property is not 4 star.

I stayed first one night to take a look how is the hotel and it is really disappointing. Too old i felt I was entering in a hospital. The ventilation couldn't be changed and the room remained cold at the temperature they wanted provoking me cough😡. For the price, is definitely NOT 4 STARS. NEEDS remodeling or adjusting at least the services. Even with a yelowish color from the age. Sink drops water easily hard to close. Definitely not staying in any Rydges in Australia anymore at all!! I asked check out a bit late maybe 12 or 1pm and the recepcionist refused. Only coffee paclets were good.

On 21st May we had a group of 14 dine at the restaurant. There was only one staff member (Latisha) working the bar and restaurant. Given the pressure she was under, the way she remained calm, delivered a high quality level of service and professionalism was brilliant. Without her the night would have been a disaster. From all the Central coast team a big thank you and I hope management recognise and reward her efforts.
