Because we had to catch the morning train to Sydney, we thought we needed to book an Uber in advance, but the front desk staff said we didn’t need to, just call for a taxi ten minutes in advance, saving us 30 Australian dollars. Went to the restaurant for dinner, it was good.

There are only two room types on the hotel's official website. The basic rooms include inward-facing rooms with no lighting and those with daylighting. We were assigned to an inward-facing room. The lighting was poor and the stay was very depressing. After asking to change rooms, we were still given an inward-facing room. However, you do not need to pay extra for an outward-facing room. When you check in, you must ask the front desk for an outward-facing room. As far as I know, the room on my side of the room seemed to be the only one on the night I checked in, and other guests were assigned to it. Outside facing room type and the room was very dirty. It's worth mentioning that the common areas are nice and the mattresses are very comfortable. There are only two room types on the website of the hotel, but some with open-view while others with interior view, we had been allocated to a room with interview and the room was so dirty especially in the bathroom.
