2-Star Hotels in Barton

As others have mentioned, this is a hidden gem! I stayed in cabin #1 ”Racoon's Roost” and I loved it. It's rustic but the interior had been redone and it was very clean...perfect for a solo traveler. It's a ”tiny house” with everything you need. There's a fridge, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker. I loved the new knotty pine paneling and skylight over the comfortable bed. Lovely setting by the river with a little waterfall. The pool was obviously closed at this time of year, but flowers were still blooming everywhere. Nice attention to details and great communication from the owner. My only suggestions (not critical) would be maybe a Keurig coffee maker so you don't need to make a whole pot and an extra, fluffy blanket left in the room...maybe a small rug inside the door to reduce tracking in dirt from the parking area.
