VERY UPSETTING. We never stayed there. We canceled the overnight when we got there and couldn't even get in our first room. Then walking around the massive building to get back to the front desk, my son felt very unsafe by the other guests. Then they gave us an alternate room that the heat and air didn't function in. They returned our "security deposit" (which in itself is a red flag) and said they would let TRIP.com know about the cancellation.

Went to check in after a long drive and noticed the hallway dirty paint peeling off doors real bad. When walked into room a very strong mold oder was in the room. Started itching right away. Called front desk to change rooms and they did try to help. It we went to look at 2 other rooms still had the musky mold smell than we went to a room on the 1st floor and it was suppose to be updated. Well it wasnt and I went to pull the comforter down and saw pee stained in the bed on the sheets and trimmed to nails on floor. We decided to leave and check in to the hotel next door. Which is much nicer.

I don't even know where to begin. I was booked to stay 3 nights but cancelled the last and paid an extra $40 to stay somewhere else. Our first room smelled awful. There was a brown recluse and a beetle on the floor. They moved us to their "newly remodeled room" It smelt like fresh paint and looked updated. As we unpacked, I discovered more bugs, rust on the floor of the bathtub, broken curtain, sloppy paint job, a dumpster outside our window. At night it was hard to sleep because it sounded like we were camping as we heard LOUD crickets all night long. My kids were looking forward to the pool "which we found to be EMPTY!!!". There was a random sock laying by the pool and what looked like rust by the pool and in it. I was told they were going to fill the pool our first night. That never happened the 3 days we were there. The door to get into the hotel to our room looked like you could kick it down. I went to the front desk a few times where I waited probably 5-10 minutes and nobody came. I kept pressing the buzzer. Finally a nice lady came out from the breakfast area and told me to push the buzzer lol. Finally a lady came (manager). Who was outside visiting with friends? The breakfast floor was nasty sticky both mornings. Finally I said forget this!!!! I cancelled my last night and went to the Hampton. It was well worth the extra price! I will NEVER come back to this hotel.

We have special memories attached to this hotel, it was once a LaQuinta, and we've stayed many times here. But I regret to say that last night will be the last one. This is a facility that is still undergoing renovation that seems slow at best. The initial entry in front of the desk to check in desperately needs new flooring and furniture. Our bed was okay but there is a lot of light let in around the door and the door would not shut on its own. The bathtub had some stains and painted spots on it so I opted to skip the shower. The carpets are very worn throughout. One of the biggest concerns is safety. The back door does not lock at all despite signs saying otherwise. And let's just say that the people in the back of the property didn't give you a safe feeling. The back of the property needs attention. The IHOP in front is fairly new. The staff tells you to go around back and use that entrance. It's very sad to write this. I wish the hotel owners the best.

Don't stay here expecting extravagant surroundings....stay here for the quiet! There are renovations being done. We stayed 2 nights and were satisfied with eveything. Savannah at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself is showing its age but its clean. Only complaint was the bathroom is small and the door needed wiping down. We will stay here again.

Three lights in our room didn't work. They were out of most breakfast items. I usually like Days Inn but this one is among the worst. Our non-smoking room still smelled like the former smoking room it was. The front desk said the maid overslept so at 5 o'clock we still hadn't had maid service. I had to call from my cell as the phone in the room was missing it's template that would show what buttons to press to get any hotel services. It is unfortunate that we chose to spend two days here as I would have checked out and found other accomodations if I knew maid service wasn't until evening. Edit:We never did get maid service because she overslept, was new and had a sick child according to front desk personnel. The breakfast items were still empty on day two and the electrical outlets were not functioning in the breakfast room on day two, so toast was just bread today. 3 slices to choose from, individually packaged in ziplock bags. No coffee. No hot water. I told the clerk at check out and they offered to make a $10 credit for my trouble (on a $172 bill) and so far they have two $10 CHARGES pending instead. They really can get nothing right.

If the best thing you have to say about the hotel is about the water pressure you should keep looking. We appreciated the lenient pet policy (no fee) but once we saw the condition of the hotel we understood why. Old, dirty carpet and musty smelling rooms. Our first night we checked in pretty late and if we had any other options would not have stayed. We got a king suite room and it looked like it was in the middle of a bad renovation (missing drawer handles, holes in the wall, blackened electrical outlet). There were 4 doors in the room and two windows (neither of which were exterior). One door in the room opened up to the "pool" area which was under construction, which we knew was going on, but when you opened the door you could walk out into the active construction area with exposed electrical hanging from the roof (not roped off or any safety measures taken to keep people out). The rear hotel door did not lock and although Bartlesville is relatively small we did not feel very secure. We asked to be moved to a new room the second night. This room (normal double queen) appeared safer but was still in desperate need of new carpet, paint, and the ceiling tiles replaced. The beds overall were ok and sheets appeared to be clean. Hard to find staff (never at front desk when I went there) and seemed to not be well trained (at checkout staff member could not figure out how to print my receipt). Would not recommend to friends or family if there are other options available.

My wife and I have been staying at the days inn hotel off and on for awhile. We both agree that it is very quiet and relaxing here. The staff are very friendly, and the GM is awesome. She is a hard worker and loves to clean. Everytime we ask for anything, like towels, toiletries, sheets or linens the staff and the GM are right there at all times making sure we have all of our everyday needs. Many thanks goes to the GM Jordyn, I think I spelled her name right and thanks goes to her staff.
