O hotel já foi muito bem avaliado e estávamos há anos para ir lá. Entretanto, a experiência não foi das melhores. Apesar dos funcionários atenciosos e educados, a estrutura do hotel está muito antiga e mal conservada e itens quebrados. Banheira com cheiro de mofo e com sinais de ferrugem caindo dos canos . Café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções. A TV do quarto não funcionava. A SKY esteve durante toda estadia fora do ar.

O lugar é muito bonito, Restinga da Marambaia. O unico problema que eu tive foi que quando cheguei na noite de sabado, o porteiro noturno da pousada abriu a porta para eu entrar com o carro, até ai tudo ok, deixei a chave caso precisasse manobrar, mas nao me informou que domingo pela manhã nao tem ninguem para tirar o carro, tive que acordar cedo para manobrar o carro para um cliente sair... acordando minha esposa e causando um grande desconforto enorme em um lugar que fomos para descansar, uma falha de comunicaçao da pousada que deveria ter esse cuidado na hora de parar os carros que chegam a noite!!!

O local precisa de manutenção, por se tratar de uma construção com muita madeira, na beira do mar, está precisando de um trato, a piscina está bem judiada 🙃
Mas num geral, o local me atendeu super bem, a vista é linda e vivi momentos felizes ♥️
O café é simples, mas com poucos hóspedes no dia, acho que é o suficiente

Nossa estadia na Pousada ocorreu sem nenhuma intercorrência. A região é conhecida pela simplicidade, mas nossas expectativas foram superadas pela beleza da paisagem e pelo atendimento impecável! Fomos recebidos com muito carinho por toda a equipe e só agradecemos pelo carinho (e pela torcida de todos para que nossa equipe Sorocaba Futebol 7 se saísse bem no torneio RioSP)! Não voltamos pra casa com vitória na competição, mas voltamos com planos de logo retornar à Pousada!

My wife and I loved our night stay here. Swimming off the dock in the morning and watching the turtles was just wonderful! We both thought the food was good including the breakfast. It’s an older place so if you’re expecting super new and modern then please temper expectations. Wi-Fi was decent and the rooms plenty spacious. Enjoy this stay for what it is because it’s awesome! @nothin_but_views

A melhorar mas visual compensa
Vale a visita pela integração com a Natureza. Serviços deixa a desejar. Tivemos que pedir mais de uma vez para ter água quente no quarto, recepção fica pressionando para definir horário do jantar. Ao chegar na mesa minha refeição já estava posta. Viagem de férias ou casal não esperamos ter que ter “pressão “ para horários.
