Séjour exceptionnel! L'hôtel est magnifique et très bien situé . Tout y est pensé, la décoration est top, Le personnel est vraiment très agréable un big merci à Audrey pour son accueil sans oublier Joanna et Sonia au restaurant . La chambre était parfaite, la literie très bonne. Le petit déjeuner également était vraiment très bon avec des produits frais. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Hakim & Delphine

Très bel hôtel au centre du village de Barr, accueil très professionnel et très sympathique par une jeune équipe, belle chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec une literie confortable, superbe piscine extérieure avec transats confortables, magnifique spa intérieur avec équipements modernes. Un séjour sans fausse note ! Nous reviendrons ! (Difficulté : le parking est situé à 200 m de l'hôtel).

Deuxième séjour et très bonne surprise avec la piscine extérieure. Excellent accueil, personnel de réception très agréable. Chambre et sanitaires impeccables. Le foodtruck près de la piscine est original et bonne idée pour se rafraîchir. A coup sûr nous reviendrons

L’Hôtel e’molto carino, in ottima posizione per visitare Alsazia. Il personale è disponibile a parte l’episodio durante la nostra partenza che la persona dello staff alla reception ha chiesto se volevamo portare i bagagli in macchina oppure serviva un aiuto? Consiglio comunque questa struttura. Due eccessi 28 euro per la colazione e 39 euro al giorno per il nostro cane.

Great location in the centre of town with adjacent parking. Lovely spacious and well-equipped rooms, nice lounge space on ground floor and lovely restaurant. A great place to stay and really good value.

The hotel exterior is a typical Alsace ginger bread construction. The interior beautifully combines this old-world charm with a fresh modern interior. The spa & pool in the cellar are first class. The masseur Elodie was amazing. The hotel restaurant was closed on our first night, we found a nice pizza restaurant but most of the town of Barr was closed. We ate in the hotel restaurant the following night. We experienced very poor service. 40 minutes before we had wine to our table. Two hours between ordering our food and getting our main course. There were other issues in terms of lack of professionalism amongst staff. Two of the three dishes I was served were unacceptable. I made the reception staff aware I was unwilling to pay for these dishes, and they removed them from the bill. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff, during breakfast, the cleaner and reception staff were all friendly and professional.

Eine schöne Auszeit mit 4 Übernachtungen. Junior Suite gebucht und erhalten. Upgrade war mangels Verfügbarkeit leider nicht möglich. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit gehobener Ausstattung. Es gab ein Welcome Treatment und ein Willkommensgeschenk. Kapselkaffee-Maschine und täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser sowie Kekse. Hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Welcome Drinks konnten wir leider nur an der Bar einlösen und nicht im Restaurant. Frühstück ausgezeichnet mit hervorragender Auswahl und exzellentem Service. Abendessen ebenfalls sehr gut mit dem gleichen zuvorkommenden Service und gehobener Küche. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich mit Pool und Liegen im Untergeschoss. Konnten sehr gut entspannen. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir den sehr schönen Ort und die angrenzenden Weinberge zu Fuß erkunden. Geparkt haben wir in der geräumigen Garage. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ein Ort der zum entspannen einlädt. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder.
