Situé en plein cœur de Barr, un village typique d’Alsace, l’hôtel offre un confort et une ambiance très agréable. En cuisine, un chef sérieux travaillant qu’avec des produits locaux. La table est excellente. La carte est volontairement non exhaustive pour assurer la qualité. Les desserts du chef pâtissier sont excellents. La carte des vins sélectionnés est bien fournie. L’accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Magnifique piscine chauffée et spa agréable. Réalisé avec de beaux matériaux, cet hôtel 5 étoiles se distingue de la concurrence indéniablement. Fortement recommandé !

J'ai réservé une chambre il y a un mois...pour début décembre. On m'appelle le 5/8 en m'indiquant que l'hôtel annulait ma réservation car l'hôtel est finalement privatisé à cette date. On ne me propose pas d'alternative, ni de geste commercial pour un futur séjour...Le comble, cette chambre est toujours disponible sur l'application accor compte tenu de mon statut Gold... L'hotelier estime qu'en me prévenant 4 mois avant il n'a pas d'autre geste à faire... Trés limite pour un établissement de cette catégorie...l'hospitality management n'a pas du arriver jusque là!!!!😡😡😡😡

Das Hotel ist wirklich ein architektonisches Meisterwerk. In einem alten Gebäude verbindet es Fachwerk und moderne Architektur. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und fachkundig, sehr sorgfältiger Zimmerservice! Das Zimmer hatte eine der besten Klimaanlagen ever. Im Sommer ist der Pool das absolute Highlight, großzügig mitten im Dorf gelegen und trotzdem in der Natur. eine stylishe Lobby, in der man gerne einen Drink einnimmt. Für uns bisher in 20 Jahren Elsass das beste und schönste Hotel. Das Restaurant hat uns nicht so ganz überzeugt, die Gerichte waren handwerklichen Ordnung, aber geschmacklich noch deutlich Luft nach oben. Auch der Service hatte etwas Mühe damit, uns beim Wein freundlich und mit Expertise zu beraten.

We wanted to stay longer at this beautifully appointed hotel and spa in a hilly, picturesque, cobblestone town at the northern end of the Route des Vins and just 30 minutes from Strasbourg. Friendly, gracious service/staff, lovely, well-designed room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom and two sinks (my husband loves this), comfortable, airy lounge areas, everything clean and well-tended. Valet parking. Go and feel pampered.

Très bel endroit. Déco originale mélangeant l'ancien et le moderne Belle chambre bien équipée et d'une propreté sans reproche. Literie de haut de gamme Le spa est superbe mais de surface réduite Le parking est quand même assez éloigné mais dans la configuration locale il n'y pas d'autre solution Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits de fraicheurs et de qualité remarquables Personnel très agréable

Excellent moment passé à l’hôtel 5 Terres. Ce 3ème séjour s’est déroulé parfaitement. Personnel disponible, prévenant, souriant… juste parfait! La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Petit plus: le cadeau d’accueil. Le gros point positif de l’hôtel: son spa, maintenant complété d’une grande piscine extérieure. N’hésitez pas non plus à vous laisser tenter par le restaurant de l’hôtel le soir. Un menu en 4 plats digne d’un étoilé vous est proposé et il vaut le détour.

Geweldige gave plek, maar ze snappen de gastvrijheid in brede zin nog niet helemaal. Als we na 4 glazen Cremant besluiten nog een ronde te bestellen, maar dan in te ruilen voor een fles, weigert de bediening dat. Strikt formeel begrijpelijk. Vanuit gastvrijheid en klantgericht gedrag volstrekt onbegrijpelijk en heel jammer. Voor ons een reden om niet terug te komen.
