I want to visit the Cotswolds. According to the recommendation of the customer service guy of Royal Burger, I live here. It is about 35 minutes' drive from the Cotswolds. The external environment of the hotel is very quiet. The soundproofing between the rooms is always poor. The waiters are very friendly and greet each other when they meet. The room looks out to the green grass.
There are no washing, toothbrushes, or slippers in the room. You have to bring your own. The hand soap and shower gel are shared by one bottle. The room facilities are very simple, and the room is not big enough for 2 people. In the UK, it is still cost-effective.
There are not many varieties of breakfast, bread, coffee, and vegetables such as cucumbers, mushrooms, beans, etc.

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

The hotel was really nice and clean, I enjoyed the pool area, oh and the food was amazing my partner and I really enjoyed the food.overall the experience was good.
