How do you write a review about a hotel where everything is perfection? Doesnt look remarkable from the outside but once inside (Self registration etc) it is like going into a little palace. Everything is so crisp, clean tidy etc etc. Your room has already been informed to you by email and the signposting is perfect directing you to your room. There it continues perfect perfect perfect. Shower room was superb. Very comfortable and ultra clean. If I need to stay in the area I will be staying here without a doubt.

I was booked in on my email to room 12 and a mistake occurred because another guest was booked into room 12. Now there are no staff onsite a lot of the time the room allocation and email communication has to be perfect and it failed. Quickly resolved but after a day at work I shouldn’t be sorting out this places problems. They also double charged my credit card for the booking. I emailed them and sent the screen shot, but heard nothing do had to chase it up. Not proactive and was better before staffed before recent management change

Best Accoms in the area, great value.
I needed overnight accomodation to visit friends in the area, (I’m from Perth, Australia), Sharon and Olivia were so helpful from start to finish. I arrived very late and was given precise instructions how to access the property after hours, Went straight to bed, excellent nights sleep, room very clean / tidy, all facilities needed, I was lucky to be next to the shower room, great shower, again very clean and all required facilities.
Breakfast was 11 out of 10, fruit / yogurt to start, full English Breakfast and fresh bread to toast with jams etc. Olivia really looked after me.
I was jet lagged, the comfortable bed helped me sleep well, I will stay here again when visiting the UK next year again- Thanks.
