Very Dirty place and cheap taps , toilet had wee that had dried and poo marks on the toilet base . Won’t stay again . The workers are polite and good but the standard of the hotel has dropped

I should have known from the booking in, had to produce photo id to book in. Basic dirty room, TV didn’t work in the first room they gave me. No hot water for a shower, the towel you couldn’t wrap a baby in it never mind dry a grown man. No fan n it’s a hot night. Very disappointing is an understatement.

Disgusting. Room filthy on arrival, only one towel even thought it was booked for 2 guests. Receptionist didn’t speak English Very limited hot water for a shower during the day. Went to the bar the first night wouldn’t go again. Staff can’t speak English. That low English level the ‘bartender’ 0 experience couldn’t understand the difference between 1 or 2. Asked for glasses to bring to the room was given plastic cups. Asked for ice bucket was given a plastic cup. Eventually the second night got an ice bucket for there to be blue chemical in the bottom of the ice. Checking out the last morning and was met with the smell of smoke right outside the room. I have seriously easily triggered asthma and couldn’t breath leaving the room as it was nothing but smoke. Don’t waste your money

The family rooms are located above a night club, so it is really really noisy until 4am. Lots of shouting outside too. It was not clear on booking that it was above a nightclub. The confirmation did mention a night club nearby, but not underneath / in the hotel. When we checked in we were told it would be noisy and itd tough...don't complain as they were full. Plus he said some people enjoy listening to the music. I did try to complain but he wasn't interested. The base made the room vibrate it was so loud....I couldn't hear my son speak across the room. Very unhelpful and unfriendly man in reception. Booked family room for 3 people. 3rd bed not made up. Room smelt and beds very uncomfortable...more springs then mattress. Don't book unless you are planning to go out clubbing all night. Not suitable for families or people who actually want to get some sleep
