Not a good feeling overall. The hotel is ok, however they overcharged me about 10%. The published price was in USD, but at the moment of payment they charged me in Taka using an arbitrary exchange rate higher than the actual one. They also ignored my attempts to communicate for sorting that out. Other minor inconveniences like presence of mosquitos in the restaurant and in the room, or the fact I asked for a boxed breakfast that was promised and not there at check out. Not a good feeling overall.

Od początku wszystko było tu na odpowiednio wysokim poziomie . Hotel nie jest może zbyt nowoczesny ale bardzo funkcjonalny . Wszędzie jest bardzo czysto a personel profesjonalny i uprzejmy. Pokój przestronny z wygodnymi , dużymi łóżkami . Meble i wyposażenie pokoju tak jak hotel nie są nowoczesne ale za to na prawdę funkcjonalne .Była porządna szafa, biurko , miejsce na bagaż i kącik z czajnikiem do przygotowania herbaty czy kawy . Łazienka tak samo z obszerną i wygodną kabiną prysznicową. Kolacja pierwszego wieczoru w tutejszej restauracji zaczęła się od delikatnej "europejskiej " zupki". Langusty podane pod jej koniec były rewelacyjne . Niestety nie mieliśmy okazji zjeść tu śniadania . Z racji napiętych planów dwa razy bardzo wcześnie opuszczaliśmy hotel .Dostawaliśmy na drogę lunch boxy i były one bardzo rozczarowujące .Gdyby nie to pewnie ocenił bym hotel jeszcze lepiej .

Located very conveniently next to tranquil Bells Park Lake, the Grand Park Hotel is a wonderful place for a retreat. My stay with the family has been a pleasant one. Spacious, clean rooms were equipped with all necessary amenities and toiletries. Beds are comfy, linens spotless. Smiling, well-behaved staff responded to requests we made. The restaurant boasts a modern decor and comfortably seats a moderate number of guests. The package's breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of choices, making it the perfect way to start the day. However, all of the items are expensive when bought separately from the restaurant.
