Beautiful place to relax
Very comfortable stay in a beautiful setting. Many places to sit and enjoy the view. Restaurant serves excellent meals at a reasonable price.

Lugar único por su ubicación y su arquitectura con ventanas abiertas, un lugar único y poco publicado así que un tesoro . Muy linda atención y un servicio muy amable y personalizado. Un lugar para disfrutar y pasar momentos inolvidables. Con una gran variedad de propuestas y un precio razonable por comparación a las otras infraestructuras que no proporcionan una relación calidad /precio tan significativa de la filosofía del lugar. Entorno maravilloso.
El hotel está en un lugar increíble, tienes dos playas para disfrutar del lago. El personal es muy amable en todo momento. Aunque es cierto que las habitaciones son algo antiguas y deberían modernizarlas un poco. La habitación que me dieron no tenía vistas al lago y cuando hice la reserva sí que aparecía vistas al lago, me querían cobrar 50 dólares por darme una con vistas. El entorno muy bello

La hubicacion frente al lago es privilegiada. La habitación zafa, pero no acorde a lo esperado, el LOBBY, fea arquitectura y pésimo confort. El desayuno, pobrisimo. El Restaurante, Absolutamente olvidable y muy muy caro para lo que ofrece.

The Masterpiece on Lake Mascardi
We love this property! The perfect stay for our trip to Tronado. The location is ideal as the hotel is located just before the entrance to the park. The grounds are gorgeous and the people friendly and helpful. Dinner is a culinary artwork and plentiful. Skip everywhere else in over-crowded Bariloche and come here.

Delightful family-run hotel with breathtaking lake views, manicured gardens. Authentic regional cuisine (lake trout, grilled beef). So glad we were here, not in crowded Bariloche. Adjacent to national park with access to amazing Cerro Tronador hiking, glacier views.

One of the best rooms I've ever had.The price of the lake view are worth due to the view.The rooms are quite old and not worth the price.But the view ist just wonderful and beautiful. The staff are very kind and always trying to help. I was surprised about the food quality and presentation. The prices were not expensive and the food and atmosphere was great. The view of the restaurant at night will let you speechless. It was quite cold in the rooms and hotel.maybe because it was lowseason
