Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Bellina la camera con il terrazzo.
Da migliorare il bagno perché emanava cattivo odore e lo scarico molto rumoroso .

Non ho mai avuto esperienze così negative: sporca,senza acqua calda,rumorosa ,infissi non ermetici con passaggio di aria dall'esterno., luce che penetrava dallo spazio in comune con le altre stanze.senza parlare delle persone da noi contattate per risolvere i problemi assolutamente latitanti...

Camera con bagno privato in appartamento dedicato in cui si entra con un codice scaricabile dal cellulare. Bagno pulito e nuovo. Il resto accettabile. Era presente nell'appartamento una utile macchina per merendine e bevande ma non funzionante.

O quarto individual tem um bom tamanho, senti falta de uma mesa para utilizar para trabalhos rápidos. Ar condicionado funciona bem para o calor que faz na cidade no verão. Bom chuveiro e cama confortável. Wi fi também tem boa velocidade.

Struttura centralissima, camera ampia, ma necessita di interventi di manutenzione e di arredi più confortevoli. Il servizio di pulizia impeccabile, il sistema di ingresso alla camera meno, abbiamo dovuto telefonare 3 volte la reception per problemi vari. Bagno senza areatore o finestra, balconi non insonorizzati, televisione con solo mediaset visibile. Colazione al bar buona, ma potrebbe essere più varia, specialmente per le intolleranze. Ottimo il prezzo, ma ci sono molte cose da rivedere e potrebbe essere davvero un ottimo punto di riferimento per ferie o trasferte di lavoro.
