Very cool place, you MUST fill out a form to be able to get into the place. There is nobody there and if you do not have cell service it will be impossible to get in.

Perfect location, close to the train station, shops, cafes, supermarkets. Clean room, fresh towels every day, large TV, balcony, quiet, fridge and kettle provided. Excellent value for money, despite the negative reviews, and I am a picky traveller! · The only thing that needs to be improved is they way in which they give out the instructions on how to enter the building/apartment/room. We arrived after midnight and spend an hour trying to unlock the key machines, only to find out that it’s all done via the link they send you. You click on it and the doors open. This was not clear to us. Luckily, someone answered the phone at 1 AM and were able to enter our room and get some sleep. The building looks a bit dodgy at start, but is perfectly safe!

Soggiorno a Bari
Ottima posizione, centrale rispetto ai servizi in città e molto prossima a Bari vecchia (centro storico). Purtroppo il check-in va fatto in un'altra posizione in città in luogo trafficato con difficoltà di parcheggio. La stanza ha vecchie finestre con vetri singoli che la rendono poco isolata termicamente (freddina...) e rumorosa. Inoltre, lo scaldabagno per l'acqua calda sanitaria alimenta evidentemente altre stanze poichè si attiva rumorosamente in vari momenti della notte.

Basic Bari
Perfect location close the old town and walkingdistance to railwaystation. A lot of traficnoise. Nice to have boiler and fridge. An absolut OK stay, but the room was a bit shaddy though clean. Probably an old apartment cheaply rebuild to rooms. Save the link that you get in mail, to be able to open gate, apartment and room! Openingroutine works perfectly. No staff except cleaning.

The host did not communicate chech-in procedure prior to arrival. They provided only the 4-digit PIN to open the INTERIOR door, nothing about how to gain entry to the building. The client must receive a link via Whatsapp to connect to the web in order to gain access from the street. I spent 20 minutes outside the door, on a busy street, communicating with the host before gaining entry.

Bad experience
Did not receive the room we booked and paid for, management refused to provide the correct room even after conceding they had made a mistake, we sought a refund and were told it was not possible.
