1. Al momento del check in e non preventivamente ti informano che il servizio di colazione non è disponibile perché la sala colazione e in ristrutturazione e non ti fanno alternative 2.una sola addetta alla accoglienza check in e servizi vari.attesa lunga per ogni servizio 3.ti accolgono dicendoti che ti collocano in un altra camera facendoti un upgrade gratuito.in realtà ti portano in un altro palazzo in ristrutturazione in cui la camera e priva di comodini.al pomeriggio ti portano una poltrona di risulta perce non ci sono sedie .il frigo bar e desolatamente vuoto 4 alle ore 14 il desktop chiude.spariscono tutti.nessun possibile contatto con il personale In 7 giorni di Puglia trascorsi in resort e hotel bellissimi,accolti sempre con professionalità e gentilezza palazzo calo e da cancellare dai ualsiasi possibile scelta. Totale mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente

Nice apartments in the centre of the beautiful old town. Comfortable bed had 2 really good nights sleep. Apartment was very clean. Decent shower. Good tea and coffee facilities. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments if you’re elderly or frail as they’re on a split level with a fairly steep staircase to the bed. The only strange thing was that we were invited to complimentary welcome drinks on the roof terrace only for them to cancel it, they then deleted the WhatsApp message as if it never happened. A simple apology would’ve sufficed. That’s the only reason I’m giving this a 4 instead of a 5. Thoroughly recommended this city for a mini break. The old town is stunning with loads of places to eat and drink plus lots of really nice shops. Only a short ride from the airport.

Très belle expérience en couple à l’hôtel Palazzo Calo à Bari dans les Pouilles. Accueil très sympathique, chambre très belle et design en duplex, très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux servi dans une très jolie salle voûtée.

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro histórico de Bari. En unas callecitas muy tranquilas. La habitación normal, nada que destacar. Antes de llegar te dan toda la informacion y recomendaciones de donde estacionar el auto, parkings cercanos, etc porque la zona del hotel es ZTL y no se puede ingresar el coche. El desayuno bastante malo, podrian mejorarlo mucho.

Purtroppo siamo rimaste un po' deluse. Camere carine si ma non pulitissime. La colazione inclusa in realtà come si legge nei commenti è confezionata in camera, quindi meglio farla fuori. La reception è quasi sempre chiusa e non è normale se si prenota un hotel! siamo statie però fortunate all'arrivo perché le ragaze ci hanno accolte e fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, molto brave. Comoda la posizione nella Bari vecchia, per spostarsi a piedi e prendere i mezzi. Però per quello che si paga non ne vale davvero la pena, le immagini pubblicate illudono, in realtà non è così, dovrebbero rivedere un attimo prezzi e servizi.

Both my wife and i could not both have hot shower in the morning told too many people taking shower meant not enough hot water. Room very dark more overhead lighting would help. Did not change bed linens during our four night stay. Tissues in suite would be a good addition.
Francesca at front desk was incredible. Helped us get a parking spot in garage even though her shift was over. Thank you Francesca.
