Stayed on a powered site no slab my choice . Close to beach, Amenities old but clean. Short walk to shops and cafes. Lovely park opposite park. But if you want TV go else where can olny get 4 channels plus 2 with no sound. Management don't seem interested in fixing problem waiting for quotes was their answer. This spoilt a great holiday.

My wife and i recently had a five-night camp here in the unpowered area, check in was quick and pleasant, we could choose our own spot. Site was clean, amenities block and camp kitchen more than fine, a very peaceful stay

Absolutely beautiful spot... walk across the road to the beach. We stayed 3 niights in Cabin #4 it was ideal, fully self-contained, equipped with a small hot plate , full size fridge/freezer, microwave, sofa, queen bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, very clean, a security sliding door, and little balcony with a table and chairs. TV & WIFI wouldn't work properly, a number of us mentioned this to the office staff. Small dogs are allowed inside the cabin.

We enjoyed using this as our home base for going out to Lady Musgrave Island. The only reason for not giving five stars is because the beds were not very comfortable, the bedrooms did not have dedicated aircon and the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. It was very nice to have a comfy couch and a veranda to sit on. Better chairs for the veranda could be beneficial. Even if they had to be stored indoors to safeguard. Nice and quiet. I would return once renos are completed.

Water was very hard to get an even temperature, tv in lounge wasn’t working properly. Ants in kitchen bathroom and lounge area.

Had a great time at this park. Pros: we had the furthest powered site from the beach and it was only a 5 min walk across the park to the beach. Ample space on our site for our 10 metre van plus 5 metre car. Amenities were old but functional, everything you need. Very close to the centre (walking distance) of town with fish and chip shops, excellent pub, ice cream and trendy clothing stores. Short drive to Woolworths , fuel and chemist. Close to Bundaberg for day trips (20 mins). Cons: bindis are extreme - make sure the kids have their shoes on and don’t bike over any dead grass (they punctured my tire). Town isn’t next door - it is walking distance but 15 mins ish, but it’s a beautiful walk. Camp sites are fairly skinny and quite close to one another. In saying that, our camp site was spacious and we went off season so park was quiet. Overall I would recommend it!
