The room was not clean, the washroom door was partially broken, the chair in the room was broken. The chech in and check out staff was not polite and as my check in was late i was allotted a room that was not good or the last left one inspite of the fact that i had informed the hotel staff that my check in would be late and kindly reserve a good room for me

Food was good, room service was good. Bathroom issues should be resolved as water is logging outside washbasin and sliding door gets struck and difficult to close.

Hospitality was good. Buffet breakfast experience was bad. Had to wait 15 min for the second round of south indian special, but the item received was half in qty as compared to first round.
