Booked the place to stay for a wedding for 300+ a night, it felt like a 90 a night hotel. I felt more comfortable and cleaner in a Motel 6. The toilet seat was smaller than bowl, the beds were sunk, bathroom light fixture was hanging off wall, everything felt and looked dirty, TV cables were a mess and not hidden, shower was filthy. Would have spoken to the owner but he came across as entitled, arrogant and snotty when I spoke to him about a possible early check in. Wife and I brought the bags up, looked around, talked for a few minutes, made a call the to Chateau Bourbon and left. I will never stay at the Bourbon Manor nor recommend it to anyone. Amazing how this is considered the epitome of B&B's in and around Louisville. Go to the Chateau Bourbon. That place is nothing short of amazing.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful Inn, wonderful room, gourmet breakfasts, exceptional hosts. They even help plan your stay in the area. Beyond expectations. Definitely recommend and hope to return. Check out the on premises bar as well.

From the moment we were warmly greeted by Jojuan we knew we would love our stay! The mint julep room was wonderful with the most comfortable bed ever! We had the best time with other guests in the beautiful bar room with amazing drinks and Jojuan being a kind, thoughtful, friendly bar tender! The next morning our breakfast was incredible and Todd was so attentive! We thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and learning interesting history about his family and the town! The only negative thing about our stay was that we were only there for one day🫤! We loved everything about the Bourbon Manor and would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again soon! Thank you so much Todd, Tyler, Jojuan and staff for making our trip such a memorable one!

The Bourbon Manor is a gorgeous and articulately designed/decorated historical property. The property manager was so accommodating and friendly to every visitor. The property is so serene to walk around. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

I cannot say enough good things about this Inn. The home is absolutely beautiful! We loved our room, the bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. Everything was so comfortable. The breakfast both days we stayed was amazing!! Eggs in a pastry puff, frittata, and breakfast desserts with bourbon syrup. Todd, JeJuan and Tyler were all the best at accommodations and hospitality! The bar is fun and JeJuan was an excellent bartender. We will definitely be back!!

The Bourbon Manor is simply spectacular! From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with charm, class, excellent and friendly service and feel as if you stepped back in history. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are updated. Breakfasts are beyond delicious and plentiful to say the least. A separate building houses a beautiful bar area for afternoon and/or evening drinks hosted by Joe who is a most gracious and excellent bartender. Todd, your host, is also most helpful with arranging for any tours or reservations that you may want during your stay. Overall, this is THE place to stay in Bardstown.

The Bourbon Manor is beautifully appointed and tucked away but still close to town (10 minute walk). We really enjoyed talking with Jojuan while he checked us in and then he was a great bartender in their new awesome bar space behind the Inn. We stayed in the Mint Julep room in the back of the Inn and it was super quiet which for a very light sleeper is key. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night was just fine. My friends stayed in the room next to us facing the front and remarked that there were neighbor dogs that started barking at 4am but we didn’t hear any of it. Perhaps if you are a light sleeper, request the Mint Julep room or the other room facing the back of the inn. Oh Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed talking with Tom!

Everything about our stay at Bourbon Manor was wonderful. I just wish it had been longer. It was full of every little touch possible. I especially appreciated the fully appointed coffee service early in the morning. The house is beautiful and expertly decorated. Our room was clean and very luxurious. But the wonderful breakfast really put this place over the top. Highly recommend.
