Uns hat das Hotel vom Stil her sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings waren uns empfindlichen Menschen die Matratzen viel zu hart. Topper waren nicht vorhanden, die dann bereitgestellten Decken halfen nur bedingt. Gut schlafen ist das wichtigste, das war uns hier nur schwer möglich. Die Klimaanlage Warm/Kalt hat nicht funktioniert. Der Wasserdruck aus der Dusche war bei allem Wassersparen viel zu gering. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Dame, die am 5. und 6. September Dienst beim Frühstück hatte, müsste man klonen. Die Dame vom Samstag war mehr mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Der Nachtportier bei Ankunft war auch klasse

Wij waren hier voor de 2e keer en wederom erg genoten. Ideale locatie. Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers. Alles schoon en netjes. Goed en lekker ontbijt. Complimenten ook voor het personeel. Iedereen is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker nog een keertje terug!

What a wonderful hotel! Recently visited for 10 nights, ideally wanted somewhere with great location and this hotel was perfect. Situated slightly off the lake but 5 mins walk to get you there and 5 mines drive into Bardolino. Complimentary upgrade on arrival and rooms were fabulous. Great for a family of 4. At first thought the pool looked small but very rarely had anyone there so perfect for those days you wanted to relax. Breakfast perfect for what you needed but the main call out for this hotel was the staff! Everyone of them were brilliant! Defo would come back.

Sauberes Hotel mit Gratisparkplätzen in direkter Nähe. Frühstück z .T. sehr gut und zu einem Teil etwas weniger (Brot, Eierspeisen). Wir hatten leider ein relativ dunkles und kleines Zimmer ohne Kleiderschrank (nur Gestelle, was sehr unordentlich wirkte). Gute 1,5 km (Fussgängerpromenade) von Bardolino Zentrum entfernt. Preis/Leistung: unseres Erachtens etwas zu hohe Preise im Vergleich mit anderen Orten.

Lovely modern hotel , approx 30 mins stroll into bardolino . Lovely pool area , would have preferred balcony room as views better but that’s my issue to not booking one . Breakfast nice , pool area lovely, recommend this hotel .

Heerlijke ontspannen dagen gehad. Het personeel stelt zich bescheiden op maar staat meteen voor je klaar bij vragen. Mooie ruime kamer op derde verdieping met balkon en prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt
