Abbiamo soggiornato per un we in fuga dalla routine quotidiana con l’aspettativa di rilassarci. Una prenotazione in last minute che ha più che soddisfatto le Ns aspettative. Lo stile e il tipo di arredamento non incontrano il mio gusto ma tutta la struttura, enorme e con più ambienti, é curata nei dettagli e ben organizzata. Opportunità di usare il garage e la ricarica elettrica (da pagare in reception con loro tariffa, fair). Reception ampia e funzionale con un buono standard di professionalità. Noi avevamo prenotato una stanza vista lago, le stanze sono posizionate con una visione laterale del lago, uno scorcio…. Balconcino funzionale e stanza comoda, con un letto e cuscini più che confortevoli. Trovi amenities utili alla tua permanenza, accappatoi, ciabattine, borsa mare e asciugamani. In piscina e nel centro benessere puoi richiedere altri asciugamani. Il centro benessere con acqua termale é enorme e con ogni tipo di esperienza e proposta. Molto bello e rilassante. La colazione é ampia e variegata con prodotti già preparati e altri offerti con modalità espressa. Hai l’imbarazzo della scelta. Abbiamo anche cenato e pranzato a buffet in hotel. La cosa che ci ha colpito è la qualità dei prodotti di base utilizzati (verdure, frutta). La piscina ha una parte con idromassaggi e una sezione molto ampia per nuotare. Il tutto attrezzato con lettini, ombrelloni e possibilità di servizio bar. Per i bambini c’è una piscina dedicata e un’area giochi in hotel. Il prrsonale é professionale e attento alle tue esigenze. Vista la positiva esperienza siamo certi di ritornare in futuro a godere di relax, confort e tranquillità.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido hotel per due notti, posizione eccellente, come anche tutti i servizi a disposizione. Abbiamo usufruito anche dei servizi wellness con un massaggio eseguito alla perfezione. L’unica nota che mi preme notificare e che ho segnalato anche al checkout è quello di evitare la cena a buffet perché non credo sia quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle. La cena invece fatta il sabato fuori è stata spettacolare. Inoltre il servizio del bar, se ci sono clienti, deve essere sempre possibile usufruire del servizio bar alla postazione.

Hotel bello esteticamente e molto curato. Colazione ricca e variegata. Area benessere eccellente con percorsi sensoriali, piscine idromassaggio e sauna. Massaggi rilassanti. Da ritornarci assolutamente.

This hotel has lots of positives but the negatives mean we wouldn’t return as a family. Positives: Fantastic location - it is situated walking distance from two lovely towns. Beautiful views from the rooms over lake Garda. Room was spacious and well kept. The housekeeping team were very good! The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and catered for a variety of needs. The grounds and communal areas are very well kept. Negatives: We came as a family and didn’t feel like the hotel was very child friendly. Despite having family rooms, they didn’t seem to like having children in the hotel. For example, our children got told off for jumping into the pool (pencil jumps away from others, we don’t allow them to bomb and make large splashes). I totally appreciate if the hotel wants to be more for couples but it would help if they marketed themselves that way instead of having many family rooms. The service at dinner was very hit and miss. At least half of the nights we stayed we were left waiting over an hour for our food. The waiting staff were also not particularly friendly or attentive. The food at dinner wasn’t as good as breakfast. Service from the pool bar was poor and slow. One day we ordered food and drinks from a sun lounger. I waited an hour before asking where our food was (I had to wait in a long queue at the bar to do this) and I was told that I needed to be patient. When I pointed out I’d already waited an hour I was offered my drink to take with me. Our food came about ten minutes later. All in all, we wouldn’t return due to it not being great for families but I think if you are a couple, this place would be perfect! Top tip though: eat out for dinner/ lunch.

Struttura indubbiamente molto bella ma a mio avviso troppo costosa in rapporto ai servizi offerti (es. menù del giorno con poca scelta, aperitivo servito senza stuzzichini ecc.) e alla tipologia della camera che ho avuto assegnata. 4stelleS mi sembra eccessivo, io lo considererei un ottimo 3 stelleS. Poi, è vero che c'è il servizio reception H24, ma non mi sembra sufficiente. Comunque, personale gentilissimo e per questo tanti complimenti.

Our second stay at the fabulous Caesius hotel in Bardolino…the hotel is in a lovely location with a lake view..which provides privacy as well as superb service from reception staff..pool staff…restaurant staff and housekeeping .Breakfast was superb with lots of variety of food choices. Very relaxing atmosphere with fabulous pools with jacuzzi’s..a short walk to restaurants in Cisano and ferry…about a 30 minute walk each way to Lazise and Bardolino .Perfect for a relaxation holiday…will definitely be back for a third visit…we have stayed in a lot of luxurious hotels but this one is hard to beat 😊

This is a very lovely hotel in an excellent location. There is a nice 15-minute walk along the waterfront to reach the boat in Bardolino. The walk to Cisano in the other direction (to another boat stop) is even shorter. Whilst we were there we took a bus to Verona, which is around 40 minutes away. The hotel facilities are lovely - the room was clean and well-appointed, the grounds are spectacular, the indoor and outdoor pools are great and the staff are very helpful, providing advice regarding buses, boats and so on. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool bar and the hotel bar each serve a range of items - we did not eat in the hotel restaurant. On some evenings there was very good musical entertainment in the bar or in the grounds. Highly recommended.

This is our third stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The grounds are kept immaculate and everywhere is very clean including the rooms. We were half board and the food was amazing. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. The position of the hotel is great. Loved walking along by the lake into Bardolino or Cisano. The only downside is that you have to pay for the water. Will hopefully be booking this hotel again in the not so distant future.
