Отель вызывает смешанные чувства.
С одной стороны это прекрасное и уникальное место- пожить в реальном замке, получить весьма необыкновенные эмоции, которым не мешают даже подьем в 4 лифта. Номер буквально огромен! Отличная соответственно звукоизоляция от метровых стен.
Но на этом все положительное заканчивается, ибо в отеле системная проблема с сервисом и их много:
1. 0 безопасность днем, ибо кто угодно по сути может из посетителей замка пройти в зону номеров.
2. По факту не круглосуточный ресепшен и даже не с 8 до 20. При том, что говорили что кто-то там что-то сменяет- в реальности никого вообще с 20 и этак до 9 утра.
3. При той цене, что платишь в отеле вообще слышать не слышали о тапочках и халатах.
4. Раздолбанная сантехника.
5. Очень большая проблема зимой - отопление. Без него холодно (ожидаемо), но оно не жидкостное и не тихое конвекционное, оно какое то с диким шумным вентилятором. В результате сильный шум с котором если хочешь тепла- придется спать и это мешает. Регулировать это толком не получается в виду глючности управления. Итого или жара или холод.
5. Проблемы не устраняются. Забилась душевая. Говоришь об этом на ресепшене. Говорят что все сдеоают и никто не устраняет.
6. Посредственный завтрак, не предназначенный для детей, нет кашек и т.п.
Итого или соглашаетесь на указанные проблемы и получаете эмоции от проживания в замке или это не стоит указанных денег как в целом отель.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern in spektakulärer Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal, wir hatten eine sehr geräumige Junior Suite mit tolle Ausstattung und schönem Balkon. Dank der Aufzüge ist der Weg vor allem abends hoch kein Problem. Das verweilen auf einer historischen Burg, wenn fast keiner da ist, hat noch einen besonderen Reiz. Absolute Empfehlung..

Voglio fare i complimenti a Cinzia che mi ha dato una grande mano perché avevo sbagliato data di prenotazione e volevo fare un regalo di compleanno. Non solo mi ha risolto il problema, ma il giorno dell'arrivo tutti gli altri dello staff, presenti (tra l'altro durante la Napoleonica... quindi in giornate molto calde) erano al corrente del nostro arrivo e siamo stati trattati come dei Re. Accolti agli ascensori, ci hanno custodito i bagagli e ci hanno riservato un'ottima accoglienza sino all'ingresso in camera. Grazie ancora e lo consiglio per la gentilezza, competenza, capacità e simpatia. Un caro saluto a Cinzia ed a tutto lo staff. Stefania Varca

The hotel is located on the top of an old fortified town, overlooking a rugged valley. Absolutely awesome for a one day stop .. but probably too small for a long stay unless you make day excursions. Getting to the hotel is already an adventure. From the parking lot you take an elevator, after that three steep funiculaires with stunning views, then another elevator and inside the hotel yet another elevator. Each time the views beat the previous one. The rooms are large, beautiful and very affordable (especially out of season). Very good breakfast included in the rate. The town has a few nice restaurants (nothing fancy) within reasonable walking distance. It is small enough to be seen in half a day, hence my comment about a one day stopover.

L'hotel è situato nel forte , proprio alla sommità. La vista è stupenda, una posizione veramente eccezionale. Per arrivarci bisogna salire alcuni ascensori panoramici bellissimi. Nel corpo centrale hanno ricavato 11 camere. La mia era spaziosa e confortevole, arredamento minimale. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo Personale molto gentile e premuroso.

Bellissima esperienza, dal momento che l'hotel - essenziale, ma molto curato e pulitissimo, e con personale davvero gentilissimo e accogliente - si trova *all'interno* del Forte di Bard, in cima alla fortezza! Incredibile passeggiare nel Forte la notte, con il badge fornito dalla reception! Nel borgo sottostante c'è un ottimo ristorante per la cena. Unica pecca: questo posto straordinario è poco conosciuto, fate più promozione online!
