Romantic Hotels in Barcelona

For the amenities, I am referring to the room. Defect fridge door, very difficult to open the water in the shower, defect USB sockets, curtain can only 90% automatically close and some small things more. This is not the W standard I experienced before. Everything else as usual at W hotels. Very friendly service (can't give 5 points because I was waiting for my room unnecessarily long), nice restaurants with fantastic food, including breakfast.

The hotel is very fancy, it is a bit pricy but definitely worth it. The one thing I have to complain is that their bath tub, I tried to use the bath tub but the hot water is very slow, and it took long time to reach my ankle, which is not enough to take a bath. I took a shower instead after wait an hour. Also the stopper for the bath tub is broken. The lobby is nice and you will receive 30 minutes of free spa and gym, but you have to make reservation with reception. The employees are very nice and friendly to assist you without your asking.

Very convenient location, close to a number of nice restaurants and tapas places. La Rambla is just around the corner. Metro station Diagonal is 5 minutes away. Welcome drink in the lobby for guests. The room is spacious, well designed. The 3 options of lighting: day time, relax and night, are very well thought as you do not need to decide which light to switch on or off. The breakfast is awesome with fresh yogurt, fruits, made to order omelette and sparkling wine too.

I recently stayed at Barceló Sants Hotel and had an excellent experience. The hotel’s unique, space-inspired design stands out and makes for a memorable atmosphere. The location is great, right next to the church, with the Christmas market downstairs and the shopping street next to it. It's very convenient to go everywhere. The staff are also very friendly and the breakfast is great!

The hotel is in a great location. There is a viewing platform upstairs to see the Sagrada Familia. The environment and service are very good. You can check out for free at 2pm. The only drawback is that the water pressure is relatively low. The plastic holder of the shower head cannot control the direction. It is a bit difficult for me to wash my hair because I have a lot of hair. Friends who are used to bringing their own pressurized shower heads when traveling or people with short hair should not have any problems.

The blanket was uncomfortable, it was not very hygienic, and there was someone else's hair on it. Stayed for four days and only gave chocolates on the first day. Everything else is good and the waiters are very friendly

The front desk and other services are very good, very warm and friendly. When you check in, the butler will introduce you to the room, and there is a handwritten welcome card. The breakfast is also delicious. I chose a seat facing the window and can see the street view. The design of the hotel room is also very reasonable, not big but the bathroom is very spacious. The only thing is that the guest room seems to be able to be cleaned better. The carpet is black and dirty, and there are white debris on the bedside. There was also dust on the towels given. And the sound insulation of the room is very bad, you can always hear the loud sound of the elevator at night. But the location of this hotel is very good, on the luxury street, diagonally opposite Casa Batllo, and two roads away from Casa Mila.

Very friendly staff. nice and cozy environment. Close enough to most of the city sightseeing. Couldn't be better than this.

I stayed in a room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, it seems that only three rooms in the entire hotel have balconies, and they all faced the back side of the hotel instead of the main street as I had expected. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and clean, and the water flow in the bathroom was strong. However, the drain seemed to be a bit slow, which made it take longer for the water to fully drain. One disappointment was that the housekeeping staff didn't refill the water and tissue in the room. However, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were kind and promptly provided replacements. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is conveniently close to the main shopping street and the underground train station.
