Muy mala atención, quieren cobrar dos veces las reserva y nadie da respuesta.
Con el tema de la limpieza es poca, solo hay 2 baños comunales y solo 1 tiene ducha, por lo que ducharse es un suplicio al ser una habitación compartida.
Las habitaciones, pues sin ningún tipo de privacidad como podéis ver (no está esa cortina que en teoría te permitiría tener algo de privacidad y reducir las molestias de la luz) si enciende la luz para entrar, pues terminas despertando a todos.
También hay un televisor, que en un cuarto con varios extraños, pues carece de utilidad alguna.
El gerente ni hace nada y literalmente es una vergüenza, pagas y no quieren darte el recibo.

The operator tell me to book for another nearby hostel in the 2nd day, due to the painting was not completed. He promised to refund me, but , I yet to receive the refund.

Muy mala atención. Cero paciencia para con la gente. Deberian considerar cambio de personal. El lugar es limpio y la ubicación muy buena. Espero consideren mi opinión para mejorar el servicio a las personas que visitan la ciudad. Gracias

We booked at this place because we had a great delay on our flight, Children were tired and nervous. We were trying to deal with the situation but the oy at reception wasn't empathic at all. We saw the room and it was filthy. Toilets and shower really dirty. We asked for a refund of our money because we wanted to go but he didn't want to. So we stayed there, we almost didn't sleep and we decided even not to use the toilet.
