The toilet in the room was broken. We have waited until next day and contact 3 times until someone came to fix it, and had to used the toilet in the first floor at the reception. The floor of the room is also broken and very dangerous. The breakfast was good but the woman who prepare the breakfast for us work very loudly that make us panic every morning. For short time trip is ok but not ok for long time trip.

During my reservation, I book bedrrom with window when I arrive at 2 am, I don't see any window in the room, only door to warehouse. Only in the next day check this better and report to the reception. When girl told me that is normal, because door has window to the warehouse. After she changed my room However I slept 2 night in this room. I want to be compensate for this two nights.

Near bus station, room is good. AC is working and comfortable for this weather. Recommend!

We booked a room for 3 people, it was a bit small but bed were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts was ok, very convenient to start the day full of energy.

My main complaint is the size of the room : maximum 9 square meters. And watch your elbows as you go in the bathroom it is so small. The elevator as a sign from the inspector that said it is unsafe to ride in it.

Casual Colors was a great stay! Excellent location and the staff in the lobby was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The bathroom of my room could have definitely used a deeper clean, however everything else was lovely.

It was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. It was a little far away, but it was cheap. You can go anywhere from the nearest station.

Nice little hotel. Clean with small rooms at appropriate prices. Located not in the center, somewhere in the 45-50 minute walk from the gothic quarter. The hotel is clean and well looked after. The rooms are tasteful and budget friendly. There is a refrigerator! I was pleased with the products for the shower from Rituals! Of the minuses: Wi-Fi is weak, periodically falls off and slows down. Far from the center (but then you yourself know what you take and for how much). Very noisy at night in the corridor, I often woke up because of the thin door, which is opposite the elevator and everyone was noisy at night. The room is small and well-equipped. The location is good and very convenient to the British Palace!
