Clean and good location. Some staff could have been more friendly. Nice and easy to log into netflix. Good view and pleasant surroundings. There was not much amenities. No toilet brush and much either, had to wait for the cleaning team. Please improve this small detail next time.

The worse experience in spain. rude and unfriendly staff

Overall good price at this hotel rating. The blanket n bed is not as comfortable as other similar grade hotel i stayed in Spain, and only one thin pillow provided. No water dispenser for hot and cold water but there is kettle at the lobby floor for client to boil hot water but no water supply. Unable to adjust the aircond temperature as it’s set auto, and some noises created if temperature set to lower. Simple and easy check in and customer service are good and polite when requested information and extra pillows are provided at free charge.

This hotel is one of best hidden gems located in central barcelona, universite. Big bed, clean washroom everything was great! You can walk to casa batllo in around 10 min

◾️Summary A clean, expensive business hotel with few amenities by Japanese standards ◾️Prerequisites ・Stayed on a weekday in January ・2 nights for one woman, about 27,600 yen. ◾️Location ・Conveniently located near the station ・20 minutes by foot to various tourist spots, or 20 minutes by train, so I walked to many places ・From the airport, there is an airport bus and it is a short walk to the hotel ◾️Customer Service ・Check-in and check-out are done by hand ・Nothing particularly bothersome about the customer service ◾️Amenities ・Amenities include a hair dryer, bottled water, etc. ・The bathroom has an all-in-one set (shampoo, treatment, body soap). Not ideal. There is soap, though.・No lotion, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. ・Lockers on the ground floor are nice ・Kettle and coffee space in the lobby ◾️Room ・Almost the same layout as a Japanese business hotel ・The room seems pretty clean ・WiFi is a bit iffy but usable ・No major issues with water pressure or temperature ・Noise echoes ・No charging space by the bedside, inconvenient

The environment is very good, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. When you open the window, you can see a colorful scene, which is in line with the impression of Spain. The entrance door is warm and comfortable, and the receptionist speaks good English and is friendly.

Nice, clean hotel, well located. Single room is quite small with a window to the inner well, had to curtain the window, because people from the corridor can see your room. The bathroom is good, everything is fresh, new, but not very cozy and thought out. Ice floor, no slippers... There are storage lockers, where you can leave your things until the end of the day. Overall, I liked the hotel

The location, cleanliness, and staff friendliness were all excellent. We were able to store our luggage for free (even after check-out), and we were able to store our luggage in separate oversized lockers, so we felt very safe in terms of security. It was great! So clean, excellent location and kind staff. They kept our luggages for free even after checking out.
